Chechen Refugees in Europe held a meeting!

Chechen refugees in different countries of Europe held a meeting for discussing their problem on June 20-21,2009.

The main themes of the meeting were problems of Chechen refugees, protecting their rights. They have discussed also possibility of a big conference in a near future about Chechnya and problems of Chechen refugees.

The dominant Chechen figures as Salavdi Abdullaev, Yaragi Sulumov, Aslan Gambulatov and Akhyad Idigov was also attended to this meeting. The participants of the meetings came from France, Belgium, Poland, Germany and other European countries.

During the meeting, whole participants could have chance to express their views and feelings. The common view of the meeting was “We need to be unite for solving our all problems!”.

    Great! It would be nice if this meeting declares concretely word by word WHAT we have to ask from politicians! WHAT Chechens want…(while waiting for Independance of Chechnya :-))It would be more powerful if everyone who would like to support has the same message and requests.
    Also I think ChRI Government has to help those who are not able to do it themselves. Maybe to do lists of people, fill out documents for them, represent them etc (if possible legaly).
