Maskhadov’s Guard Arrested in Dubai

The 3rd President of Chechen Republic Ichkeria Aslan Maskhadov’s one of the Presidental Guard soldier Lom Ali Artsuev was arrested in Dubai and under threat of extradition to Russia.

According to Zelimkhan Artsaev, brother of Lom Ali, Lom Ali Artsuev was arrested in Sharjah town of Dubai by Dubai Interpol on April 1, 2009.  After his arrest, they have send Lom Ali to Dubai Prosector Office and put to Dubai Central Prison. Since then, he is in the prison and under threat of extradition to Russia.

Lom Ali Artsuev was born in April 23, 1983. He is married and has three children. He served as a soldier under the Presidental Guard Unit of Aslan Maskhadov. After the dead of Maskhadov, he moved out from Chechnya in 2004. First he went to Azerbaijan, later to Turkey and from Turkey to Europe. Six month ago he went to Dubai near his brother Zelimkhan Artsuev.

Zelimkhan said, Russian authorities blame to Lom Ali for killing civilian people in 2005, but Lom Ali is out of Chechnya since 2004.

After the unlawful detanies of Chechen students in Eygpt and extraditing of some Chechens to Russia, this is the second case against to Chechens at Arabian world. Now Chechens think Moslem Arabian world is turn their back for Chechens and they are collaborating with Russia. Also we must add a note, Russia still didn’t extradite Adam Delimkhanov to Dubai, the murder of Sulim Yamadaev who was a traitor  fighter in Chechnya and victim of  bloody Kadirov regime in Dubai this year.
