Is MIT behind the assassination attempt to Evkurov?

According to Turkish daily newspaper Radikal, Turkish National Intelligent Service (MIT) may be behind the assasination attempt to Ingush President Yunusbek Evkurov on June 22, 2009.

According to news, an ex- Chechen general of Aslan Maskhadov claimed to Turkish National Intelligent Service (MIT) about the assasination attempt to Yunusbek Evkurov. Unnamed ex-Chechen general told to the Rossiskaya newspaper of Russian government MIT is very active in Caucasus since the assasination of Dzhokhar Dudaev, the first President of Chechen Republic Ichkeria. According to claims of that Chechen, MIT use to Trabzon (a city in Turkey) mafia and standing for CIA and British Intelligent Service. MIT is active in Dagestan, Ingushetia and Kabardin Balkaria Republics.

According to newspaper, there are a few possibilities with related the assasination attempt to Evkurov, first they may be the terrorists, second the mafia groups and the third is a foreign security service which want to create a caos in the region.
