Ruslan Khaskhanov

The prominent Chechen painter Ruslan Khaskhanov was born in 1973.

He enrolled to “M.A.Dzhemal Art School” in Dagesten in 1989; and later in 1997 he continued his education at I.E. Repin Academy of Fine Arts, and International University of Fundamental Studies in St Petersburg.

Currently he lives in Norway. He teaches realistic painting methods in various institues for higher education. He has his own school: “Renessanse kunstskole (Renaissance Art School)”. He is also a member of Union Artists in Norway.
