Khloponin Publicly Admonished Kadirov
Russian daily newspaper Kommersant reported that the Kremlin governor-general in the Caucasus Aleksandr Khloponin suddenly unexpectedly reprimanded the ringleader of Chechen puppets Ramzan Kadirov at a regular meeting with members of a so-called Russian federation council for his business contacts with Saudi Arabia that were not coordinated with Moscow.
“Kadirov went abroad, reached an agreement about credits and there are no state guarantees for them … When Kadirov went abroad, whose interests did he represent? Did he think that Saudi Arabia would give him money? Is beneficial for America whose influence is very strong there? We have the foreign ministry and other organizations for such talks. Of course, he could go on holidays as a private person. But if you represent a republic, you must not forget that you represent the Russian Federation”, said Khloponin.
A spokesman for Kadirov, Alvi Karimov, did not dare to comment on an unexpected public lashing of Kadirov. “I need time to study the words of Ramzan Kadirov”, Karimov said. The puppets’ ringleader Ramzan Kadirov also preferred to keep silence.
On the other hand, at a meeting with the first deputy head of the Russian Federal Frontier Service, Vyacheslav Dorokhin, Kadirov called Prime Minister Putin the “President of Russia”. Continuing his speech Kadirov did not correct his words. At his speech, Kadirov has also called Georgia “a problem state, which sends militants to Chechnya to separate the Caucasus from Russia under the orders of the West”.
