A Young Man was Kidnapped in Ingushetia
According to sources in Ingushetia, 20 years old Zelimkhan Chitigov, a resident of Karabulak city, was kidnapped by Ingush power agency.
The incident occured in a hostel called “Promzhilbazoy” for the asylum seekers who are ran away from Chechnya.
“On April 27, my son was kidnapped by power agencies. Over the night we couldn’t determine the fate of Zelimkhan. But he was released in the afternoon of April 29. When he returned the home, he changed his clothes. Zelimkhan’s body had signs of torture. After a while power agencies broke into the house, they put a bag to his head and took away him,” said Zohra Chitogova, mother of Zelimkhan.
“The cars of kidnappers has no plates. They introduced themselves as power agencies but didn’t show any document or authorization for the detention” she added.
Let’s remind you, since the beginning of 2010 it is the fourth kidnapping incident in Ingushetia which was confirmed by human rights organizations. However, on April 27, Ruslan Alkhanov who is Interior Ministry of Kadirov’s puppet regime in Chechnya, explained that only in April 2010, their gang members kidnapped 42 innocent civilians. They were accused to be “suspected mujahedeen” and “aiders of mujahedeen”.
