Male Civilian Abducted and Killed in Chechnya
Human Rights Center “Memorial” has reported that a male civilian was abducted and killed by armed thugs from the pro-Russian regime in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the report, on September 4, at 3:00am, a group of Kadyrovites abducted Ayub Dovletukaev, born in 1978, from his house at 1 Centralnaya Street in Gudermes. Later in the morning of the same day, his body was found on the side of the road near the village of Berkat-Yurt in Grozny.
It was noted that Ayub had been kidnapped once before in 2001 on the alleged charges of assisting the Chechen mujahedeen. He was convicted and served his time in a psychiatric hospital. On January 31, 2005, his brother Rustam Dovletukaev, was also abducted by armed thugs from the pro-Russian regime in Chechnya and his corpse was found at a Gudermes hospital showing signs of torture.
