Adam Continues to Defeat His Rivals in the US
Adam Daghestani, a 10-year old ethnic Chechen continues to defeat all of his opponents and recently won the Schlick Kinner Classic Wrestling Tournament in the United States.
Adam (36 kilos) continues to wrestle and improve a little with each wrestling tournament. Thus far, he has won 22 tournaments for experienced wrestlers. At his last tournament on Saturday Feb. 11, 2012, the Schlick Kinner Classic Wrestling Tournament, in Pittsgrove, NJ (a tournament of about 450 wrestlers – many of them very strong) not only did he win his age/weight category, but he also won the “Most Outstanding Wrestler” award among all weight classes. He did so with his aggressive style and by beating all of his opponents quicker than anyone else in all weight classes of that age group.
Recall that earlier we had published an article about Adam’s succesful wrestling career. Adam also plays American football and practices wrestling about three months during the year at his local recreation club. However, he competes against those that practice year-round at special clubs for the purpose of becoming champions. Now he wants to take this sport more seriously and devote more time to it. Adam told our reporter that he is very proud of his Chechen roots and he hopes to meet the famous Chechen wrestler Buvaisar Saitiev one day.
