Two Women Abducted in Sunzha District
Local sources have reported that two Chechen women were abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on December 9, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry’s Sunzha district, SWAT (СОБР) officers from the Russian Interior Ministry’s North Caucasus Federal District department and the pro-Moscow regime’s local armed bandits organized a joint punishment operation in the district of Sunzha. During the operation, two female residents, born in 1960 and 1965, from the village of Assinovskaya were abducted from their houses.
The hostages are accused of providing aid to members of the Chechen National Liberation Movement since the beginning of 2012.
Relatives of the victims found their loved ones in the basement of the Russian Interior Ministry’s Sunzha office. They said that their loved ones were forced to sign so-called confessions after being treated cruelly and tortured. On the other hand, their fate is still unknown.
