Monthly Magazine “Marsho” Released
“Marsho”, a monthly political-cultural magazine has been released in Turkish with an “introduction number”.
In the magazine, there are two articles by the Chechen historian and analyst Mairbek Vatchagaev about the assassination in Turkey and ongoing emigration from Chechnya; a letter from a 13 year old Chechen girl in Austria, news and cultural materials.
According to the statement which was sent by the magazine’s editorial board, the Chechen-Ingush diaspora in Turkey has a background going back nearly 2 centuries, however, they can’t effectively use the tools of mass media. “Marsho” aims to remove this void in written periodicals.
On the other hand, depending upon the attention the magazine recieves, it will be published in English as well.
