Chechen Man Abducted in Dagestan
Local sources have reported that a Chechen civilian was abducted in Dagestan.
According to the information, on December 14, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry and armed bandits from the pro-Moscow regime in Russian occupied Chechen territory organized a joint punishment operation in neighboring Dagestan. As a result, a male from the the village of Dacha-Barzoy in Chechnya, born in 1980, was abducted in Dagestan’s Botlikh district where he resides. The hostage is accused of being a former member of the Chechen National Liberation Movement between 2001 and 2002.
The hostage’s fate and whereabouts are unknown at the moment.
