The prosecutor demanded the extradition and Chataev\u2019s lawyer insisted that his client could not be extradited because he has refugee status in Austria and earlier, a court in Austria refused an extradition demand from Russia. However, the judge decided to extradite him to Russia. Now, Chataev&#8217;s lawyer is going to appeal to a higher court in Plodikov within a week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It must be noted that Bulgarian authorities have no case against Akhmed Chatayev.
