Polonya Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bronislaw Komorowski’nin imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir af ile \u00fclkedeki s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar\u0131n ve yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne af getirildi.<\/p>\n
Polonya medyas\u0131nda yer alan haberlere g\u00f6re, Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Komorowski’nin 26 A\u011fustos g\u00fcn\u00fc imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 1 Ocak 2012 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek yeni bir yasa, s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar ve yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7menlere af getiriyor. Yasa kapsam\u0131nda af uygulanacak olan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n 20 Aral\u0131k 2007 tarihinden itibaren Polonya’da yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 ikamet ediyor olmalar\u0131 ya da 1 Ocak 2010 tarihinden \u00f6nce s\u0131\u011f\u0131nma ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n reddedilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yasa ayr\u0131ca bu ki\u015filere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma iznini de i\u00e7eren 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k ikamet izni verilece\u011fini belirtiyor. Aftan yararlanmak isteyen g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin ve s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar\u0131n Polonya makamlar\u0131na ba\u015fvuruda bulunmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k bir s\u00fcreleri var.<\/p>\n
Af yasas\u0131n\u0131 imzalad\u0131ktan sonra bas\u0131na deme\u00e7 veren Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Komorowski, “Polonya’n\u0131n daha iyi bir ya\u015fam aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan bu insanlar i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k, dostane ve misafirperver bir \u00fclke olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u00c7e\u015fitli kaynaklara g\u00f6re, Polonya’da ikamet eden yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7menlerin say\u0131s\u0131 40 bin ile 400 bin aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor ve bu ki\u015filerin binlercesi Rus i\u015fgali alt\u0131ndaki \u00c7e\u00e7en Cumhuriyeti \u0130\u00e7kerya vatanda\u015f\u0131 olup Polonya’da m\u00fcltecilik talebi reddedilen ki\u015filer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
