Tela\u015fla yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lan bu a\u00e7\u0131klama metnini kaleme alan ki\u015fini &#8220;A\u00e7\u0131k Mektubumuzu&#8221; dikkatle okumad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya bilin\u00e7li olarak bir sapt\u0131rma \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b\u00d6ncelikle \u015funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade etmek isteriz ki; hi\u00e7 kimse \u00c7e\u00e7en halk\u0131n\u0131n ata vatan\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret etmesine kar\u015f\u0131 de\u011fildir. A\u00e7\u0131k Mektubumuzda ifade edildi\u011fi gibi ata vatan\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret etmek her \u00c7e\u00e7en\u2019in en do\u011fal hakk\u0131d\u0131r. Nitekim k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye diasporas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir ziyaret\u00e7i grubu da ata vatan\u0131n\u0131 ziyarete gitmi\u015f ve hi\u00e7 kimse bu ziyarete y\u00f6nelik bir ele\u015ftiri getirmemi\u015ftir.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine y\u0131llard\u0131r ticaret i\u00e7in ata vatan\u0131na gidip gelenler i\u00e7in de en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir ele\u015ftiri yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130steyen turistik veya k\u00fclt\u00fcrel gezi yaps\u0131n, isteyen dondurma sats\u0131n, isteyen de ata vatan\u0131na ihracat yaps\u0131n. Hi\u00e7 kimse buna kar\u015f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi aksine, ister ziyaret isterse ticaret amac\u0131yla ata vatan\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelik gidi\u015f geli\u015flerin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve desteklenmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bDemek ki ele\u015ftirilerin \u00f6z\u00fc ata vatan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ziyaret edilmesi de\u011fildir ve bug\u00fcne kadar bu t\u00fcr ziyaretler hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde tart\u0131\u015fma konusu bile olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bAs\u0131l mesele; \u00c7e\u00e7en halk\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar\u0131 ink\u00e2r eden, y\u00fcz binlerce \u015fehidin hat\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131 karalayan, bug\u00fcn h\u00e2l\u00e2 bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n sesini susturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve gencecik evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 Ukrayna\u2019y\u0131 i\u015fgal etmek i\u00e7in \u00f6l\u00fcme g\u00f6nderen bir rejimin propaganda organizasyonlar\u0131na hangi sebeple ve hangi bilin\u00e7le kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterildi\u011fidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBiliyoruz ki birka\u00e7 ki\u015fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bu ziyarete gidenlerin tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir durumla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131, ziyaretin oldubittilerle rejimin propagandas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fini bilmeden bu programa kat\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBu nedenle ziyarete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u201cihanet\u201d, \u201cbe\u015finci kol\u201d, \u201ci\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik\u201d ile su\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir temeli yoktur. Bunu iddia edenlere A\u00e7\u0131k Mektup&#8217;u bir kez daha dikkatle okumalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neririz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBu sapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ifadeleri bir kenara koyarsak; a\u00e7\u0131klama boyunca bir kez bile \u015fu sorulara cevap verilmemektedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bZiyaret boyunca yap\u0131lan propaganda seanslar\u0131nda; y\u00fcz binlerce \u00c7e\u00e7en&#8217;in \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne yol a\u00e7an Rus sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 vatanlar\u0131n\u0131 savunan ba\u015fta Cahar Dudayev, Zelimhan Yandarbiyev, Aslan Maskhadov olmak \u00fczere isimlerini sayamayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kadar \u00e7ok say\u0131daki \u015fehit ve gazilerimize y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan karalamalar hakk\u0131nda ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u015fehit edilen \u00c7e\u00e7enlerle ilgili neden tek c\u00fcmle dahi edilmemektedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bMedet \u00d6nl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn katledilmesi neden g\u00f6rmezden gelinmektedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fayan \u00c7e\u00e7en m\u00fclteciler hakk\u0131nda y\u0131llard\u0131r olu\u015fturulan bask\u0131lar, tahdit kodlar\u0131 ve \u201cter\u00f6r\u201d su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 neden yok say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBunlara cevap verilmemekte; bunun yerine \u201ckarde\u015flik\u201d, \u201cbirlik\u201d ve \u201cnefret dili\u201d gibi kavramlar\u0131n arkas\u0131na saklan\u0131larak esas can al\u0131c\u0131 sorular ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilmektedir. Nefret dilinin ne oldu\u011funu anlamak i\u00e7in, ziyaret s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u015fovlar\u0131n video kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan dile bakmak yeterlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bOysa ger\u00e7ek birlik; haks\u0131zl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sessiz kalmak de\u011fil, vicdan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kaybetmeden sesimizi \u00e7\u0131karabilmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bGer\u00e7ek karde\u015flik; haks\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda susmak de\u011fil, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan\u0131n yan\u0131nda durabilmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBug\u00fcn \u201cdiasporay\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcyorsunuz\u201d diyenlerin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dilin kendisi ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir \u00e7eli\u015fkidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ayn\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada; bir yandan kendileri gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyenler \u201cfonlanan yap\u0131lar\u201d, \u201cd\u0131\u015f odaklar\u201d, \u201c\u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7evreleri\u201d gibi ifadelerle hedef al\u0131n\u0131rken di\u011fer yandan birlik \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yapmak samimi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bDaha da \u00f6nemlisi \u015fudur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b\u201cFiili varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan yap\u0131lar\u201d diyerek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenen \u015fey; \u00c7e\u00e7en tarihine ve d\u00fcnya tarihine alt\u0131n harflerle yaz\u0131lan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k azminin somutla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cBa\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00c7e\u00e7en Devletidir.\u201d O devlet i\u00e7in verilen m\u00fccadelede \u015fehit olmu\u015f y\u00fcz binlerce \u00c7e\u00e7en vard\u0131r. Yak\u0131lan, y\u0131k\u0131lan evler, k\u00f6yler, kaybolan \u00e7ocuklar, toplu mezarlar vard\u0131r. Bombard\u0131man alt\u0131nda par\u00e7alanan anneler vard\u0131r ve zulme boyun e\u011fmedikleri i\u00e7in vatanlar\u0131n\u0131 terk etmek zorunda kal\u0131p d\u00fcnyaya da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, y\u00fcrekleri ata vatanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in atan 300.000 ki\u015filik bir m\u00fclteci toplulu\u011fu vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBug\u00fcn baz\u0131lar\u0131 siyasi konjonkt\u00fcr de\u011fi\u015fti diye b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n unutulmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyebilir. Ancak hi\u00e7bir propaganda dili bir halk\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 silemez. D\u00fcn diasporada bunu yapmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirilenler bug\u00fcn nas\u0131l bir kenara at\u0131ld\u0131lar ise bug\u00fcn kendilerine s\u00f6zde \u201ctemsilci\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131 verilenler yar\u0131n ayn\u0131 ak\u0131bete u\u011frayacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBu nedenle kimse konuyu ba\u015fka yerlere \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n. Ele\u015ftirilen konu hi\u00e7 kimsenin ne ziyareti ne de ticaretidir. Sorun, d\u00fcn \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini alk\u0131\u015flayanlar\u0131n bug\u00fcn o m\u00fccadeleyi \u201cter\u00f6r\u201d tan\u0131mlamas\u0131yla mahk\u00fbm eden yap\u0131larla yan yana g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc vermesinin diasporada yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 derin k\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131r. Tepkinin yeg\u00e2ne sebebi budur. Bu tepkiyi verenlerin haktan, adaletten yana onurlu ve ilkeli bir duru\u015ftan ba\u015fka ne maddi ne de manevi hi\u00e7bir \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131 yoktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBizler kimseyi ata vatan\u0131ndan koparmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yoruz. Tam tersine; ata vatan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yaln\u0131zca binalardan, t\u00f6renlerden, resm\u00ee kar\u015f\u0131lama programlar\u0131ndan ve ticaretten ibaret olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz. Vatan; u\u011fruna can veren insanlar\u0131n aziz hat\u0131ras\u0131 ve emanetidir. Vatan; s\u00fcrg\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fcyen yetimlerin g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Vatan; mezar\u0131 bile bulunamayan kay\u0131plar\u0131n tek tesellisidir. E\u011fer bug\u00fcn \u201cbirlik\u201dten s\u00f6z edilecekse, \u00f6nce bu ac\u0131lara sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bHi\u00e7 kimse \u00c7e\u00e7en halk\u0131n\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131n\u0131 \u201cnefret dili\u201d diyerek susturamaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc mesele kin de\u011fil, hakikattir. Mesele d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k de\u011fil, vicdand\u0131r.
