Sonra yard\u0131m da g\u00f6remezsiniz.<\/em>&#8221; <strong>(Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim 11\/113)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fc, hakikati \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de\u011fil; hakikate \u015fahitlik etti\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131ymetlidir. Bu sebeple &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kafkascecen.org.tr\/teavun-ve-tekamul\/\">Teav\u00fcn ve Tek\u00e2m\u00fcl<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131y\u0131 okurken akla gelen ilk soru \u015fudur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu yaz\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten hakikati mi anlatmaktad\u0131r, yoksa hakikatin rahats\u0131z edici k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131larak belirli bir siyas\u00ee amaca m\u0131 hizmet etmektedir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yaz\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 boyunca &#8220;<strong>anavatan<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>teav\u00fcn<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>tek\u00e2m\u00fcl<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>feraset<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>aidiyet<\/strong>&#8221; ve benzeri kavramlar kullan\u0131lmakta; ancak \u00c7e\u00e7en halk\u0131n\u0131n son otuz y\u0131lda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck felaketlerin esas sorumlular\u0131 ve bu felaketlerin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde devam eden sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na hi\u00e7 de\u011finilmemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uzak ge\u00e7mi\u015fi b\u0131rak\u0131n, son otuz y\u0131lda y\u00fcz binlerce soyda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Y\u00fczbinlerce insan yurdundan edildi. K\u00f6yler, \u015fehirler, aileler da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130nsanlar kaybedildi, i\u015fkence g\u00f6rd\u00fc, s\u00fcrg\u00fcne zorland\u0131. Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerinde ya\u015fayan y\u00fczbinlerce \u00c7e\u00e7en h\u00e2l\u00e2 m\u00fclteci stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde hayat m\u00fccadelesi vermekte. Daha da \u00f6nemlisi, bask\u0131 ve korku iklimi tamamen ortadan kalkm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar ortadayken, \u00c7e\u00e7en halk\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 trajedileri &#8220;ge\u00e7mi\u015fe tak\u0131l\u0131 kalmak&#8221; olarak sunmak hakikate kar\u015f\u0131, hakka kar\u015f\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>Hakk\u0131 bat\u0131l ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p, bile bile hakk\u0131 gizlemeyin.<\/em>&#8221; <strong>(Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim 2\/42)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc haf\u0131za ba\u015fka \u015feydir, kin ba\u015fka \u015feydir. Adalet talebi ba\u015fka \u015feydir, intikam duygusu ba\u015fka \u015feydir. Mazlumun hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmak ba\u015fka \u015feydir, ge\u00e7mi\u015fe saplan\u0131p kalmak ba\u015fka \u015feydir. Bug\u00fcn mesele ge\u00e7mi\u015fe tak\u0131l\u0131p kalmak de\u011fil; ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ve bug\u00fcn ya\u015fanan zul\u00fcmlere kar\u015f\u0131 adil ve vicdani bir duru\u015f sergilemektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yaz\u0131n\u0131n yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanlama ise ayr\u0131ca dikkat \u00e7ekicidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu metin, \u00c7e\u00e7enya&#8217;daki mevcut y\u00f6netimin resm\u00ee davetiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ziyaretlere diaspora i\u00e7inde y\u00fckselen ele\u015ftirilerin hemen ard\u0131ndan kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu nedenle metnin, yaln\u0131zca teorik bir diaspora-anavatan de\u011ferlendirmesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u00f6z konusu ziyaretlerin me\u015fruiyetini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ve diasporadaki tepkileri yumu\u015fatma amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oysa;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi\u00e7 kimse \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin ata yurdunu ziyaret etmesine kar\u015f\u0131 de\u011fildir. Hi\u00e7 kimse insanlar\u0131n kendi k\u00f6klerini, tarihini ve akrabalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmesine itiraz etmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak burada bilin\u00e7li olarak birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan iki ayr\u0131 mesele vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Birincisi \u00c7e\u00e7enya&#8217;y\u0131 ziyaret etmek. \u0130kincisi ise mevcut siyas\u00ee d\u00fczenin uluslararas\u0131 me\u015fruiyet \u00fcretme \u00e7abas\u0131na katk\u0131 sunmak. Bu ikisi ayn\u0131 \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir insan ata vatan\u0131n\u0131 sevmesi, akrabalar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret etmesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ba\u015fka \u015fey, bunu zul\u00fcm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda susmas\u0131n\u0131n, haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelmesinin, ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n feryad\u0131na kulak t\u0131kamas\u0131n\u0131n, halk ile y\u00f6netimi birbirinden ay\u0131rmamas\u0131n\u0131n gerek\u00e7esi yapmas\u0131 ba\u015fka \u015feydir. As\u0131l mesele de budur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yaz\u0131n\u0131n en dikkat \u00e7ekici taraflar\u0131ndan biri ise yo\u011fun din\u00ee terminoloji kullanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oysa \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n temel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcden yana olmak de\u011fil, hakl\u0131dan yana olmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim, m\u00fcminlere adaleti, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa ve zulme kar\u015f\u0131 gelmeyi, hakk\u0131 ayakta tutmay\u0131 emreder. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman, mazlumun kim oldu\u011funa bakmadan onun yan\u0131nda durmakla, zalimin kim oldu\u011funa bakmadan da haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>&#8230;Allah zalimleri sevmez.<\/em>&#8221; <strong>(Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim 3\/57)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu sebeple din\u00ee kavramlar\u0131n, siyas\u00ee me\u015fruiyet \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 son derece tehlikelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<strong>Teav\u00fcn<\/strong>&#8221; zalime sessiz kalmak de\u011fil, mazlumla dayan\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<strong>Tek\u00e2m\u00fcl<\/strong>&#8221; haf\u0131zay\u0131 silmek, tarihini unutmak, inkar etmek de\u011fil, tarihini, \u015fehitlerini unutmadan bir gelecek in\u015fa etmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<strong>Karde\u015flik<\/strong>&#8221; mazlumun feryad\u0131n\u0131 duymazdan gelmek de\u011fil, zor g\u00fcn\u00fcnde onun yan\u0131nda durabilmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<strong>Feraset<\/strong>&#8221; ise g\u00fcc\u00fc hakikat zannetmek de\u011fil, do\u011frulu\u011fu, adaleti, iyili\u011fi g\u00f6rebilmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer ortada zul\u00fcm varsa, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n g\u00f6revi bunlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelmek de\u011fil dile getirmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer ortada ma\u011fdurlar varsa, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n g\u00f6revi onlar\u0131 susturmak de\u011fil yard\u0131m etmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer ortada bir halk\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar varsa, son otuz y\u0131lda y\u00fczbinlerce ki\u015fi hala vatan\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 ya\u015famak zorundaysa, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n g\u00f6revi bunlar\u0131 &#8220;ge\u00e7mi\u015fe tak\u0131lmak&#8221; diye k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsemek de\u011fil; adaletin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diasporan\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131 haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmek, hakikati unutmak, ya\u015fanan ac\u0131lar\u0131 ink\u00e2r etmek, herkesin \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u015fehitlerine yap\u0131lan hakaretleri sessizce dinlemek de\u011fil, de\u011ferlerine, tarihine, \u015fehitlerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130htiya\u00e7 duyulan \u015fey; halk ile iktidar\u0131, vatan ile rejimi, aidiyet ile propaganday\u0131 birbirinden ay\u0131rabilecek ahl\u00e2k\u00ee berrakl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n g\u00f6revi g\u00fc\u00e7 sahiplerini rahatlatmak de\u011fil, hakikate \u015fahitlik etmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve hakikate \u015fahitlik \u201ceyyamc\u0131l\u0131k\u201d ile de\u011fil, \u201cilkeli bir duru\u015fla, do\u011frular\u0131 yazmakla\u201d yerine getirilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Musa<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bismillahirrahmanirrahim !<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zulmedenlere meyletmeyin; sonra size ate\u015f dokunur.
