Doktorlar\u0131n hipokrat yeminlerini hi\u00e7e sayarak hastalara hayvan gibi davranmalar\u0131 ve tedavi i\u00e7in inan\u0131lmaz paralar talep etmeleri, ila\u00e7lar\u0131n bulunamamas\u0131, bulunan ila\u00e7lar\u0131n sahte olmas\u0131 ya da fahi\u015f fiyatlara sat\u0131lmas\u0131 da cabas\u0131.<\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Asl\u0131nda Rusya otoritelerinin b\u00f6lgedeki t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz hastalar\u0131na bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in bir hem\u015firenin s\u00f6zlerine kulak vermemiz gerekiyor. \u0130la\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 soran bir hastaya: &#8220;\u0130la\u00e7 m\u0131? Bu hastal\u0131ktan \u00f6lecek bir insana ila\u00e7 bulmak i\u00e7in neden u\u011fra\u015fmam\u0131z gerekiyor?&#8221; yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 veriyor, t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ihtisas hastahanesinin hem\u015firesi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Son derece yanl\u0131\u015f, dikkatsiz ve otoriter bu tutum yak\u0131nda baz\u0131 hastalar\u0131n hayat\u0131na neden olacak. Hastahane y\u00f6netimi ise durumdan ho\u015fnut g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ve tedaviye muhta\u00e7 bu insanlar\u0131 umursam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Durumdan \u015fikayet eden hastalar ise d\u0131\u015far\u0131 at\u0131lmakla ya da d\u00f6v\u00fclmekle tehdit ediliyor.
