Bu ama\u00e7la kurulan Kafkas \u00c7e\u00e7en K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi&#8217; de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019 deki \u00c7e\u00e7enleri k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda topluyor.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00c7erkeslerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan \u00c7e\u00e7enler, 1859 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130mam \u015eamil&#8217; in Rusya&#8217; ya esir d\u00fc\u015fmesinden sonra muhacir olarak \u00fclkelerini terk edip di\u011fer Kafkas halklar\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Anadolu&#8217; ya yerle\u015ftiler. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019 nin de\u011fi\u015fik b\u00f6lgelerine gelen bu ilk dalgan\u0131n g\u00fcneye inen kolu Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019 ta \u00c7ardak kasabas\u0131n\u0131 kurdu. \u00c7e\u00e7en k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7abalar\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden \u00c7ardakl\u0131lar, 1989 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde bu faaliyetleri bir dernek \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda toparlama karar\u0131 alarak \u00c7e\u00e7en k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve folklor\u00fcn\u00fcn tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Anadolu\u2019 da varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi amac\u0131yla \u00c7ardak K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019 ni kurdular. 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131lma s\u00fcrecinde \u00c7e\u00e7enya ve \u00c7e\u00e7en toplumunun T\u00fcrkiye ve d\u00fcnya kamuoyuna gerekti\u011fi gibi tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda bu dernek b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6revler \u00fcstlendi. 1995 y\u0131l\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak artan say\u0131da \u00c7e\u00e7en\u2019 in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019 ye g\u00f6\u00e7etmesi ile do\u011fan bar\u0131nma, T\u00fcrk toplumuna uyum, e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim gibi sorunlar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelebilmek i\u00e7in faaliyetlerin daha sistematik ve kurumsal ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi ihtiyac\u0131 ileri seviyede bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz k\u0131ld\u0131 ve \u00c7ardak K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi\u2019 nin bir ad\u0131m \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ilerek 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kafkas K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi projesi hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Ama\u00e7, Dostlu\u011fu Peki\u015ftirmek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kafkas \u00c7e\u00e7en K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi, sava\u015f \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n ku\u015fatmas\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki \u00c7e\u00e7en k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, tarihi, edebiyat\u0131, folklor\u00fc, toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131, mimarisi, sanat\u0131 ve do\u011fal g\u00fczelliklerinin ne yaz\u0131k ki b\u00f6ylesine olumsuz ve bask\u0131n atmosferde neredeyse bir detay haline geldi\u011finin fark\u0131nda olarak, sava\u015f\u0131n toz bulutu alt\u0131nda g\u00f6zlerden ve dikkatlerden ka\u00e7an bu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli detay\u0131, \u00c7e\u00e7en toplumunun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve toplumsal varolu\u015fun t\u00fcm tezah\u00fcrlerini T\u00fcrkiye ve d\u00fcnya kamuoyu duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ilgisine sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamakta.<br \/>\nDerne\u011fin temel amac\u0131; tarihi, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve akrabal\u0131k ba\u011flar\u0131 bulunan \u00c7e\u00e7enya halk\u0131 ile T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki dostluk ili\u015fkilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesini ve ekonomik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sosyal dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Dernek, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mevcut olanlar\u0131n korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi \u00f6n\u00fcne hedef olarak koydu. Sava\u015f, do\u011fal afet, hastal\u0131k veya ekonumik g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckler nedeniyle yard\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duyan insanlar\u0131m\u0131za ayni ve nakdi yard\u0131mlar yapmak, sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne katk\u0131da bulunmak derne\u011fin ama\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer almakta.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Ciddiyet ve Terbiye Esas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00c7e\u00e7enlerin milli karakteri \u00fczerine \u00e7ok \u015fey s\u00f6ylenir. B\u00fct\u00fcn da\u011f halklar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi onlar\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131nda da co\u011frafi muhitin, sert iklimin tesirinden s\u00f6z edilir. \u00c7e\u00e7enler psikolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan melankolik s\u0131n\u0131fa dahil edilirler. Bu say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n az, topraklar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131ndan; as\u0131rlar boyunca yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n i\u015fgaline kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmelerinden, b\u00fcy\u00fck devletler kuramay\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Melankolik olmalar\u0131n\u0131n ikinci sebebi ise, \u00c7e\u00e7en milli karakterinin bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan \u201cCiddiyet\u201dtir. \u00c7e\u00e7enler hi\u00e7bir zaman y\u00fcksek sesle konu\u015fmaz, yerli yersiz g\u00fclmezler. Laubali ve baya\u011f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flardan uzakt\u0131rlar. \u00c7e\u00e7enler \u00e7ok terbiyeli bir millettir. Konu\u015furken yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle ba\u015fka bir milletten olan\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7ine bakmazlar. Cevaplar\u0131 ve sorular\u0131 k\u0131sa ve a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. \u015eartlar\u0131 nas\u0131l olursa olsun muhta\u00e7lara ve d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcnlere yard\u0131m elini uzat\u0131rlar. Do\u011fru s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve d\u00fcr\u00fcstt\u00fcrler. Yalan konu\u015fmak onlar i\u00e7in \u00f6l\u00fcmden de beterdir. Verdikleri s\u00f6z\u00fc mutlaka yerine getirirler. Vefa ve sadakat duygular\u0131 son derece geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda temiz kalpli ve saft\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Hileyi Asla Ba\u011f\u0131\u015flamazlar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Azerbaycan&#8217; \u0131n\u00a0ba\u015fkenti Bak\u00fc\u2019de yay\u0131nlanan Hak gazetesinin 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan bir say\u0131s\u0131nda \u00c7e\u00e7enlerin \u015fu karakteristik \u00f6zellikleri \u00fczerinde durulmu\u015ftur: &#8220;Kolayl\u0131kla yalan ve hile tuza\u011f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015febilirler. Ancak kand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlay\u0131nca deliye d\u00f6nerler. Hileyi ba\u011f\u0131\u015flamazlar. Her konuda kin tutmazlar ama ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6\u00e7lerinden korkmak gerekir. Misafirperverlikleri dillere destand\u0131r. Evlerinde misafir olan bir kimsenin bir \u015feyi be\u011fendi\u011fini hissederlerse de\u011feri ne olursa olsun onu misafire ba\u011f\u0131\u015flarlar. \u00c7e\u00e7enler\u2019in yi\u011fitli\u011fi, mertli\u011fi hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fmak ise yersizdir. Onlar\u0131 mahvetmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr, ancak itaat alt\u0131na almak, asla! K\u0131sacas\u0131 \u00c7e\u00e7enler karakter itibar\u0131yla \u00e7ok se\u00e7kin bir millettir. Korkup \u00e7ekinmenin, riya ve hilenin ne oldu\u011funu bilmezler. Vatanperverlikleri ise dillere destand\u0131r.
