Zira bu merkez \u00fclkenin en iyi m\u00fclteci merkezi olarak biliniyor ve bir model olarak sunuluyordu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu merkez di\u011ferleri gibi sadece s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lara ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 sokacak bir \u00e7at\u0131 vermekle kalm\u0131yor, yerel sakinler ve yetkililerin yard\u0131mlar\u0131yla ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir entegrasyon program\u0131 uyguluyordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca \u00fclkenin Silesyan B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki tek m\u00fclteci merkeziydi. Bu b\u00f6lgedeki bir di\u011fer m\u00fclteci merkezi Katowice kentindeydi ve o da iki y\u0131l \u00f6nce benzeri bir k\u0131\u015f d\u00f6neminde yerel sakinlerin \u015fikayeti nedeniyle kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u015eu anda kampta 82 \u00c7e\u00e7en m\u00fclteci ikamet etmekte ve ne yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 bilemez durumdalar.
