Online Photo Exhibition on Chechnya: The Final Solution
The Honorary Consulate of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in Poland and the website Czeczenia.com.pl present an online photography exhibition: “Chechnya: The Final Solution…“.
The exhibition presents 160 unique photographs taken by war correspondents in Chechnya, accompanied by texts of Anna Politkovskaya, Oleg Orlow and Sergei Kovaliyev.
The exhibition was ceremoniously opened in European Parliament in October 2007. It’s confiscation, caused by being violent, but undoubtedly realistic, has brought popularity in Poland and internationally.
The exhibition was prepared in 3 different languages: Polish, English and Russian.
