He was accused of being a former member of the Chechen National Liberation Movement in 1995.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On September 13, a male civilian, born in 1984, was abducted from his house in the village of Assinovskaya within the territory of Achkoi-Martan district. The hostage is accused of providing food aid and transportation to members of the Chechen National Libeation Movement in the spring of 2004.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On September 18, a male civilian, born in 1957, was abducted from his house in the village of Oshnoy-Khutor within the district of Itum-Kale.
