Since then, the opposition consisting of Russian colonists applied more than 40 times for rename proposal of \u201cAvenue of Dzhokhar Dudaev\u201d, but always it has been rejected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On June 6, 2009, there were municipal elections in Riga, capital of Latvia.
