According to various media agencies, the former mufti of Ichkeria, Mullah Bai-Ali Tevsiyev, resident of Austria for a long time, who then returned to Chechnya and had received a formal “absolution” from puppet Kadirov, suddenly appeared in London and claims “political asylum”.<\/p>\n
