The gang members of national traitors accused that he was a member of Arbi Barayev\u2019s unit and left from his group shortly before the end of first Russian-Chechen war.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, Russian occupiers introduced the counter-terrorism operation regime (CTO) in Achkoi-Martan district of Chechnya since midnight of 23-24 November.
