{"id":5075,"date":"2010-04-01T20:26:06","date_gmt":"2010-04-01T18:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.waynakh.com\/eng\/?p=5075"},"modified":"2010-04-01T20:26:06","modified_gmt":"2010-04-01T18:26:06","slug":"chechen-children-want-to-receive-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.waynakh.com\/eng\/2010\/04\/chechen-children-want-to-receive-education\/","title":{"rendered":"Chechen Children Want to Receive Education!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.internethaber.com\/cecen-cocuklar-da-okumak-istiyor-241369h.htm?interstitial=true&amp;interstitial=true\" target=\"_blank\">Turkish media reported<\/a>, Mehdi Nuzhet Cetinbas, head of Caucasus Foundation&#8217;s Original Board, put into words that the children of Chechen refugees in Turkey should be allowed to study at schools of Turkish Ministry of Education and the government must prepare a legal regulation on this children&#8217;s pass degrees.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr Cetinbas reminded that recently Turkish public opinion is discussing the education problems of illegal Armenian workers&#8217; children and &#8220;If this issue might resolve, then we also can take advantage of it&#8221; said Mehdi Cetinbas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He pointed out that Turkey doesn&#8217;t accept Chechen asylum seekers as refugees but however equates them as illegal workers from Romaina and Armenia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mehdi Nuzhet Cetinbas attracts attention that Chechen refugee children can go to the schools with hut the belind eye of school directors and directors of national education. &#8220;Children receive the education as guest students, but it is not a legal education type. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.waynakh.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/mehdi-nuzhet-cetinbas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"273\" height=\"204\" \/>When they finish their schools, they receive a document which has no legal validity. Then we send this document to Chechnya and transform into a pass degree. Can you believe this, some refugee children could manage to graduated from high school with this method&#8221; said Mr Cetinbas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We don&#8217;t want a concession for Chechen refugee children. We just ask a a legal regulation on this children&#8217;s pass degrees. We don&#8217;t want anything more&#8221; said Mr Cetinbas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;These people are victims and stateless, at the moment there is no possibility to return their homeland. They are around 3 thousand people more or less. And numbers of the students are only about 200. Not such a huge digits.
