Over the night we couldn\u2019t determine the fate of Zelimkhan. But he was released in the afternoon of April 29. When he returned the home, he changed his clothes. Zelimkhan\u2019s body had signs of torture. After a while power agencies broke into the house, they put a bag to his head and took away him,&#8221; said Zohra Chitogova, mother of Zelimkhan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.waynakh.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/5450_1-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"136\" \/>&#8220;The cars of kidnappers has no plates. They introduced themselves as power agencies but didn\u2019t show any document or authorization for the detention&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let\u2019s remind you, since the beginning of 2010 it is the fourth kidnapping incident in Ingushetia which was confirmed by human rights organizations. However, on April 27, Ruslan Alkhanov who is Interior Ministry of Kadirov\u2019s puppet regime in Chechnya, explained that only in April 2010, their gang members kidnapped 42 innocent civilians.
