The older man was abducted in the Chiri-Yurt village of the Shali district in Chechnya and was accused of being a participant in the Chechen mujahedeen in 1996. The second hostage was abducted by Kadyrovists on Ugolnaya Street in the Staropromyslovsky district in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya.
