Two of them have already died from the disease.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This shocking reality became public after a visit from European Parliament deputies <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/H%C3%A9l%C3%A8ne_Flautre\" target=\"_blank\">Helene Flautre<\/a>, a French politician, and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ska_Keller\" target=\"_blank\">Franziska Maria Keller<\/a>, a German politician, to non-official Chechen refugee camps in Istanbul, Turkey last week. <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ufuk_Uras\" target=\"_blank\">Ufuk Uras<\/a>, a member of the Turkish Parliament from the Peace and Democracy Party (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Peace_and_Democracy_Party\" target=\"_blank\">BDP<\/a>), accompanied the European delegation to the Umraniye camp, one of the non-official Chechen refugee camps in Istanbul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The quiet and unobtrusive visit of the delegation showed the difficult living conditions of the asylum seekers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;I would not know that such a place exists under our noses. The babies and children are under the threat of tuberculosis because of unhealthy living conditions,&#8221; said Mr. Uras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main problem of Chechen asylum seekers in Turkey is that they do not have official refugee status. Ufuk Uras drew attention to the issue and demanded that the Turkish government find a humanitarian solution. &#8220;This is not a subject that may affect Turkey\u2019s political relations, but these people do not have any status.
