A big tree was erected in the city center, close to Europe\u2019s biggest mosque on December 25th. Concerts and Christmas shows were held in the city. On New Year\u2019s Eve, a 15 minute long laser show was held. Maybe the most interesting thing during the celebrations was about snow. Due to warm weather in the country, there was no snow and so snow was brought to the city center with trucks by the order of puppet regime head, Ramzan Kadyrov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We spent around 20 million rubles (more than 500,000 Euro) for the festivities. This money went to the decoration of the streets and facades of houses, festive illumination and leisure activities for children,&#8221; said a puppet officer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let us remind you that unemployment in Chechnya is at more than 80% and there is a lack of major health care institutions.
