Pro-Russian officers claim that their hostage was a former freedom fighter between 1994-2002 under the well-known Chechen field commander, Khamzat Gelayev.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From July 20-21, armed bandits from the Russian army and the pro-Russian regime conducted joint punishment operations in the Achkoi-Martan district. As a result, five local residents from the village of Samashki in Achkoi-Martan and one resident from the capital city of Grozny were abducted during the operations. Pro-Russian authorities claim that their hostages have been providing food to the Chechen mujahedeen in the South-Eastern front since the beginning of 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fate and whereabouts of the hostages are unknown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, the relatives of Zaurbek Ferzauli, born in 1985, who lives in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya, in Ingushetia&#8217;s Sunzha district have reported him missing. He left his house at 5:50pm local time on July 17 and he has not been seen since.
