Azerbaijani authorities want to hand him over to the Russian authorities. It is no secret how this will end for Abdulla if he is handed over. \u201cRussian justice\u201d is very well known all around the world. Russian brutality and the torture of Chechen prisoners has become the norm inside the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abdulla Magomedovich Abdulkerimov is currently serving his sentence in the Number 2 Prison of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is waiting to be handed over to the Russian authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We urge you to intervene and help in combatting this tyranny.
