Prime Minister of the RF, Vladimir Putin<\/strong><\/p>\n

O P E N\u00a0\u00a0 L E T T E R<\/strong><\/p>\n

We ask you to immediately end the anti-Caucasian policy of the Russian authorities:<\/p>\n

  1. Stop the extrajudical killing of civilians.<\/li>\n
  2. Stop kidnapping.<\/li>\n
  3. Review all the trumped up cases.<\/li>\n
  4. Recognize all the captured and convicted members of resistance units as political prisoners.<\/li>\n
  5. Immediately release all the political prisoners and provide rehabilitation to them.<\/li>\n
  6. List all the death squads in the North Caucasus.<\/li>\n
  7. Run the RSFSR law on “About the Rehabilitaition of Repressed People” with “number 1107-I” and dated 26 April 1991.<\/li>\n
  8. Prosecute all the perpatrators of the ethnic killings in 1992 and all abductions and kidnapping of civilians since 1999.<\/li>\n
  9. Recognize the deportation of 1944 and the ethnic cleansing of 1992 as acts of genocide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
