They abducted a Chechen man, born in 1965 from his house. The hostage is accused of being a former member of &#8220;Argun Dzhamaat&#8221;, which stood against Russian invaders in Chechnya, in January and February of 2003.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 20, the local branch of Russian FSB organized a punishment operation in the Achkoi-Martan district of the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. A male resident from the village of Samashki, born in 1978 was abducted.
