Rival did not have a Chance Against Superman
Our “Superman”, boxer Yakub Shidaev competed at a fight in the state of California in the United States. He presented a perfect performance for onlookers and defeated Demetrio Soto in the third round with a KO.
On the evening of August 5, the “Battle in the Ballroom” at the Irvine Marriott Hotel had seven bouts set. One of them was between Chechen boxer Yakub Shidaev and Demetrio Soto.
Demetrio Soto 5-1(4KO) was well prepared, landing the cleaner combinations in the first round. The second round started somewhat in the same manner with Yakub Shidaev 3-1(1KO) eagerly trying to turn it around. Towards the end of the round Soto suffers a cut on the hairline due to an accidental headbutt. Both fighters exchanged fierce punches in the third round with Shidaev clearly landing more. A hard right hand dropped Soto to the canvas and he barely beat the count. Shidaev jumped on him, punching at will from all angles while Soto tried in vain to punch back, only to receive more blows. Referee Jack Reiss wisely stopped the fight at 2:36 of the third round.
Yakub Shidaev’s record improved to 4-1(2KO) and Demetrio Soto’s fell to 5-2(4KO).
We, Waynakh Online, congratulate our brother Yakub and hope that he will have more continued success in the future.
