Swedish Radio Echo broadcasted an interview yesterday with Sharpuddi Israilov, father of Umar Israilov who was killed by hitmen of Kadirov on 13 June 2009 in Vienna, and Sharpuddi said he is an eyewitness of Kadirov’s torture.

In an interview of  Sveriges Radio Ekot (Swedish Radio Echo), an eyewitness accused to Ramzan Kadirov, Pro-Kremlin puppet Chechen ringleader in occupied Chechnya and appointed as Major General of Russian Police by Dmitry Medvedev in last week.

“I had been strapped to a pool table in a training hall at Kadirov’s native village Tsentroi (Khosi-Yurt). When puppet ringleader came to the hall, he went to near the shackled prisoners. The prisoners were stood, squatty or hung in the room. The guards of puppet Kadirov was sat in front of an electric appliance. Then Kadirov ordered his guards to attach some prisoners. He changed the amperage by himself and he had fun when he saw how people pulled by electric current in their bodies. He fisted and kicked to other prisoners, and beat them with a bar. He was enjoying it” said Sharpuddi Israilov.

Sharpuddi Israilov was arrested by gang members of puppet Kadirov in 2004, after his son Umar Israilov fled from Chechnya. Umar was also a witness and a dangerous witness for Kadirov. Umar Israilov was a Chechen freedom fighters, but after he taken captured, they forced him to be a gang member of Kadirov’s forces. Umar was also tortured by Kadirov and during his mission near Kadirov as a security guard he saw many torture and extrajudical punishment. He couldn’t stand such a life and fled from Chechnya. But hitmen of Kadirov arrived to Austria and killed Umar.

“We were the only people who dared to declare what Kadirov did. We applied to European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) about torture of Ramzan Kadirov. In Chechnya, people are so frightened the relatives of Kadirov’s murders bury their relatives as dogs and keep their silence” said Sharpuddi Israilov.

Let’s remind you, Russia is lost over 100 cases related in Chechnya at ECHR. Russian authorities always pay to damages which ordered by ECHR; but until now, despite the clearly identified suspects (many of them high ranked military officer in Russian army) in the judges, nobody has been persecuated.
