Russian Soldiers Abduct a Civilian in Chechnya
Local sources have reported that a male civilian was abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on January 21, Russian soldiers from the North Caucasus Federal District MVD organized a punishment operation in the village of Alkhan-Yurt, near Grozny. During the operation, Russian invaders abducted a male civilian, born in 1992, from his house. The hostage is accused of providing financial aid to members of the Chechen National Liberation Movement.
The hostage’s fate and whereabouts are unknown at the moment.
