Ismail Khamkoev, 39 years old had kidnapped by forces of Russian federal agencies in April 28, 2009 and he was found dead in Chechnya on June 1, 2009.

According to Lida Khamkhoeva, the wife of Ismail, her husband kidnapped after the midnight of April 28, 2009. Several men with masked, weapon and camouflage came inside, they grabbed Ismail to street and seated in a Gazel minivan. Later they drived an unknown destination. Morning of the abduction Lisa went to the police department of Ingushetia’s Sunzha district but police told her to wait three day. On April 30, 2009 police started an investigation about disapperiance of Ismail. But Lida added an interesting point, she said their home seized by federal forces on November 2008, when they were out of home. They learned this information from their neighbours. After they heard it, nothing happened, nobody asked them, nobody called them. So Lida and Ismail was thinking searching of their home was an error.

Lida couldn’t find any information about fate of his husband during one month. But on June 1st, 2009 they learned Ismail was found with signs of torture near the city of Urus Martan in Chechnya, after the second day of his abduction.
