Council of Chechen Refugees Criticised to Azerbaijani Administration

The Council of Chechen Refugees in Azerbaijan criticised to Azerbaijani administration about the invitation of the representatives of bloody Kadirov regime for an opening ceremony of a mosque in Baku.

On June 6,2009, Taza Pir Mosque which was built in 1905, was re-opened with a complex after its major reconstruction. The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and many invitees from Moslem world including Caucasus were attended to opening ceremony, but the representatives of puppet Kadirov were there also. So the Council of Chechen Refugees in Azerbaijan reacted to this event and published a statement. At the statement, there were written that Russian-Chechen war is still going on and this guest Chechens are supporting to Russian ideology.  On the other hand they said, they must note that this guest Chechens were invited to opening ceremony of the Taza Pir Mosque Complex after the visiting of Dimitri Medvedev to Azerbaijan. The Council reminded to role of Russia at the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and also the assistance of the Chechens to Azerbaijan during the conflict. The Council warned to florting of Azerbaijan with Russia may damage to image of Azerbaijan in the international area and brotherhood of Caucasus which the freedom fighting goes on. Furthermore, the Council of Chechen Refugees in Azerbaijan said they belive Azerbaijan nation will show their reaction on this issue.
