Refugees are Main Goal of Puppets
On August 25, 2009, Dukvakha Abdurakhmanov, the representative of puppet regime in Chechnya delivered a speech to Russian Kommersant newspaper about their goal on Chechen Congress.
After the two rounds of so-called negotiation talks between Akhmad Zakayev and Kremlin’s puppets, finally the aim of bloody Kadirov regime appeared about Congress of Chechen people.
“We will hold the Congress of Chechen people (World Chechen Congress) somewhere. If we held the congress for the sake of Zakayev, then it could be a problem, but our main goal is to have returned thousands of Chechens refugees” said Dukvakha Abdurakhmanov, the negotiator of national traitors in Oslo-London talkings.
Let’s remember, the main goal of the congress had presented as “consolidation of Chechens” until now.
