Magomed Abdurokhmanovich Tsechoev (born in 1978), a resident of Ali-Yurt village in Ingushetia left from his village to go hospital in Kranodar on September 7, 2009. The following day he went to the hospital with his uncle and again he went to the hospital to learn results of his examination on September 9, 2009. It was the last time which he was seen in the garden of the hospital early times in that day. Unknown people forced him into a track and taken away him. According to relatives of Magomed, local bandits of FSB was watching him before he left his village. So they are pretty sure that Magomed was kidnapped by FSB.

The second abduction case was in Chechnya. Muhammad Yakubovich Suleymanov (born in 1973) , a resident of Malgobek city of Ingushetia left from his home around 12.30 o’clock on September 11, 2009. The relatives of Muhammad spoke with him via his mobile phone at 14.00,14.37 and 15.50. During their last conversation, Muhammed said that he is driving up to his homeownership Magomed Elmurzaev, a Chechen and was born in 1977. Around at 16.47 Muhammad’s mobile phone was switched off.
