Another Two Civilians were Kidnapped in Ingushetia
According to local sources, two Ingush young men were kidnapped in various areas of Ingushetia on July 14th and 19th.
Bernsko Nalgiev reported that on July 14, at a control point Ingush policemen took hostage his 19-years old son Alaudin Nalgiev when left from Inarki village of Malgobek district of Ingushetia. “My son is a footbal player. On the incident day, he lfet from home with his friends to attend their practices. Bu their car was stopped at a control point by Ingush policemen. They checked their identies, then immediately put a bag on my son’s head and took away him,” told father Nalgiev. According to Bernsko Nalgiev, during two days his son Alaudin was beaten and only on July 16 investigator came to see him. He was alleged with illegal possesion of weapons. But, however, eyewitness of the abduction told that policemen couldn’t find any kind of weapon or ammunition at the car.
Another kidnapping event was occured on July 19, 2010. The relatives reported that they believe to 20-years old Maksherip Hashegulgov, a resident at Engels Street number 18 of Ordzhonikidzevskaya village in Ingushetia, was kidnapped. According to their story, Maksherip left from his house to sell his mobile phone at bazaar, but nobody seen him since that time.
