Mollayev: “Azerbaijan has 900 Chechen Refugees”
Ramzan Mollayev, head of Chechen community in Azerbaijan, told Azerbaijani news agency “The First News” that there are about 900 Chechen refugees in Azerbaijan.
“3500 Chechen refugees have been living in Azerbaijan since 2007. They gradually moved to the third European countries via international organizations,” said Ramzan Mollayev.
Mollayev pointed out that “‘On the whole, 12,000 refugees moved to the third countries under support of Heydar Aliyev via Azerbaijan. The people who are still here are unable to leave the country due to problems with documents lost during travels.
