Puppets Refuse to Leave Civilians in Peace
Local sources have stated that one civilian was abducted and another was killed by armed men from the puppet regime in Chechnya.
On October 27, three armed collaborators from the Russian occupation forces fired on a car in the foothills of the Achkoi-Martan district in Chechnya. A civilian in the car died on the spot. The reason for the attack could not be understood but speakers from the puppet regime claim that the first shot came from the car at a check point. The Kadyrovites also said that they found a gun and grenades in the car after the attack.
“It is really hard to describe what happened there. But I can say that nobody, who has only a gun, will shoot at check point where three armed men wait with their submachine guns. We know of a lot of cases where Kadyrovites placed some weapons when they killed ordinary civilians to earn award money from Kadyrov,” said a local human right defender.
On October 28, a resident from the village of Sernovodsk was abducted at a check point in the Sunzha district of Chechnya. The hostage is 24 year old. It is known that the young man is facing brutal torture in an attempt to make him confess that he provides food and aid for the Chechen mujahedeen. The fate of hostage is unknown at this time.
