Male Civilian Abducted in Grozny
Local sources have reported that a male civilian was abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on March 12, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry’s Vedeno branch and armed bandits from the pro-Moscow regime conducted a joint punishment operation in the capital city of Grozny. During the operation, a male civilian, born in 1959, was abducted from his house. The hostage is accused of providing food to members of the Chechen National Liberation Movement in the summer of 2007.
The hostage’s fate and whereabouts are unknown at the moment.
