Another Racist Attack in Poland
The daily Polish newspaper “Gazeta Wyborcza” has reported that a young Chechen was attacked by a group of racists in the city of Białystok, Poland.
According to the information, on the night of June 1, four people attacked a 19 year old Chechen in front of a bus stop in the city center. The assailants did not just beat him up, but they also insulted his nationality. Even though there were several witnesses, noone called the police, so the perpetrators easily escaped. However, the young Chechen victim complained to the police, so an intestigation was opened. In a short time, four Polish men between the ages of 25 and 31 were taken into police custody. The offenders face up to 5 years imprisonment.
