Young Man Abducted in Elistanzhi
Local sources have reported that a young male civilian was abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on July 24, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry and officers from the FSB organized a joint punishment operation in the village of Elistanzhi, within the Vedeno district. As a result, a male civilian, born in 1994, was abducted from his house. The hostage is accused of using social media websites and supporting the armed resistance against Russian invaders in occupied Chechen territory.
The hostage was seen at a local prison in Elistanzhi, however his fate is unknown at the moment.
