Abduction in Samashki
Local sources have reported that a male civilian was abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on August 14, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry organized a punishment operation in the village of Samashki, within the Achkoy-Martan district. As a result, a male civilian, born in 1986, was abducted from his house. The hostage is accused of providing food to members of the Chechen National Liberation Movement in early March 2013.
The hostage’s fate and whereabouts are unknown at the moment.
