Two Men Abducted in Achkoy-Martan
Local sources have reported that two male civilians were abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on July 9, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry organized a punishment operation within the district of Achkoy-Martan. As a result, two male civilians, born in 1982 and 1993, were abducted from their houses in the village of Alkhan-Kala. The hostages are accused of providing food aid to members of the Chechen National Liberation Movement in May 2014.
The fates and whereabouts of the hostages are unknown at the moment.
