Call for Protest in front of PACE

Said-Emin Ibragimov, head of of the International Association “Peace and Human Rights” has called for a protest action in front of the PACE building in Strasbourg, France during their next meeting from 26 January until 30 January 2015.
According to the invitation, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is going to hold its next meeting on January 26 and it will continue for four days. However, they have no agenda on genocide and the crimes against humanity that were committed by the Russian state against the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and its citizens since 1994. Related with these incidents and ignorance of the international institutions, for the Chechen side, it is extremely important to remind what happened and what is happening in Chechnya.
In this reason, starting from January 26, during 4 days, Chechens will held a protest outside the PACE; and once again they will call to establish an international group to investigate the war crimes and the crimes against humanity committed in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and according to the findings of the investigation, to consider this matter in accordance with universally recognized norms and principles of international law.
We invite all those who support the peace, the rule of law and human rights to participate this peaceful protest meeting.
