Non-Stop Pressure to Chechen Civilians!

According to human rights organizations, the unlawful pressure goes on devoted to relatives of Chechen mujahedeens and civilian population in Chechnya. Lastly two civilians were killed and two houses were burned.

Natalia Estemirova, representative of the Grozny branch of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) “Memorial” reported that “Madina Yunusova (born in 1989) was killed; so-called power agencies having ordered to bury the girl “without noise” and have burnt down the house of relatives of Madina Yunusova. In early June Madina Yunusova, born in 1989, failed to come back home and told her relatives that she had got married. On July 3, 2009, a heavily wounded girl was brought to the 9th Hospital of Grozny. For two days she was kept in a separate ward under guard. Someone recognized her as Madina and told her relatives. Her two aunts came to see her, but they were not allowed to come and talk to Madina. The girl came to her senses; she could eat and speak. At dawn on July 4, some Kadirovskies or Russian occupant forces came to the house of Madina Yunusova’s parents. They forced her mother, father and two small sisters into the boiler room, then poured gasoline over the house and put it on fire. Soon they left, having unlocked the door of the boiler room. The house was already in flames, but they managed to extinguish fire with the help of the neighbour, who lives in the second half of the house. After the fire, the Yunusovs have left. On the following morning, on July 5, some traitor Kadirovskies (so-called power agencies), who did not present themselves, brought Madina’s body wrapped in a shroud. They did not allow opening it and ordered to bury the girl without noise. Only after all these events the relatives learnt that Madina had married Said Selim Abdulkadyrov, a Chechen mujahedeen”.

On the other hand, International human rights organization Human Rights Watch (HRW) has documented in Chechnya, two new cases, when so-called local law enforcers torched houses of families suspected of having links with militants, as well as extra-judicial execution of a public man, suspected separatists in the supply of food. Tatiana Lokshina, deputy director of Moscow office of HRW reported: “In the first of the new episodes of the evening June 28, bandits of puppet Kadirov regime arrested to a Chechen, 39-year-old Magomed Dadilov at his home in the Shali city of Chechnya. Witnesses told the representative of Human Rights Watch, that a group most likely agents of special services in masks and camouflage uniforms came to his house in the following day. They have rounded up all the family members in one of the outhouse and locked them there. They then doused the main house with gasoline and burned. In the yard ther were living three families including 12 children aged from seven months to 14 years. Some family members managed to communicate with the local firefighters. Nevertheless, inside of the house completely burnt. Dadilov kept locked during three days in a secret detention center. The reason of his arrest was that he had helped to a Chechen fighter from Shali, Abubakar Muslimov. But Dadilov rejected this blame”. The other case which was reported by Tatiana Lokshina was the Madina Yunusova case.

And the last case was reported by Kavkaz-Uzel. According to bandits of puppet Kadirov regime, they have killed three Chechen mujahedeens on July 12, 2009 when Chechen mujahedeens were trying to ran away with their car in the Shali district. But according to local residents of Grozny, one of these youngs who was reported as Chechen fighter; he was living in the Staropromyslovsky area of Grozny. And he had arrested by terrorists of bloody Kadirov regime on the night of July 11, 2009.
