According to the website, Ichkeria.info, on August 18th, a Polish court decided to extradite a Chechen ayslum seeker named Zaur Istomulov to the Russian Federation.

Zaur and his family ran away from the bloody occupation of Russian forces in Chechnya and moved to Europe. They first entered Poland and then went to Austria. In Austria, they were arrested in accordance with a violation of the Dublin-II agreement and put into the Reichenau Deportation Camp. On August 15th, the family was sent back to Poland and was put in a closed center for asylum seekers as prisoners.  But on August 18, the Polish court decided that they would extradite Zaur to Russia.

Zaur Istomulov called Vakha Banzhaev, the head of the Organization of Former Prisoners of Russian Filtration Camps from the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and asked for help in preventing his extradition.
